Course Introduction

This training course is intended for candidates undertaking the Project Management Institute (PMI)® Project Management Professional (PMP)® examination based on the 5th edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). The designation title PMP® is an internationally accepted recognition of project management knowledge and professionalism of the successful candidate. In ever increasing numbers, organizations are turning to project management to help them gain competitive advantage. This course places a strong focus on both the theoretical knowledge and practical application of the generally accepted practices of project management as presented in the PMBOK® Guide.

Training Methodology

The course is targeted at delegates gaining a successful result in the PMP® examination. As such, the overall Project Management Body of Knowledge book is presented in the context the ten knowledge areas. Examinations are taken by delegates on the theory presented in each area. Discussions are held around examination solutions so that all delegates benefit from constant feedback. Furthermore, this theory is supported strongly by a a highly practical focus. Delegates perform reinforcement exercises to practice the theory as understanding the material promotes better retention of the theory and greater chance of success in the examination.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the circumstances presented. Generally, cancellations must be initiated in formal writing at least 14 days prior to the commencement date of the training course. Further, the option to shift an existing registration to another training course on a later date is possible. Otherwise, a full refund will be initiated.

Our training courses courses are being held at five-star hotels in prime and iconic destinations across the globe. Cities such as Amsterdam, Barcelona, Dubai, Geneva, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, London, Houston, New York, Paris, Vienna, Zurich, etc.

Our training courses will run for 5 hours per day. The standard daily timing is from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm including the coffee/tea breaks and lunch.

The training course fee can be settled by either:

Published training course fees are inclusive of the training venue, training manual, writing materials, lunch and coffee breaks with refreshments over the entire duration of the training course.
