Day 1: Raw Materials and Raw Meal Quality Control

  • Raw material selection, geology, and quality specifications (limestone, clay, corrective materials)
  • Crushing, stacking, pre‑homogenisation, and reclaiming techniques
  • Raw grinding systems (ball mills, vertical roller mills) and drying
  • Raw meal fineness, moisture, and chemical modules (LSF, SM, AM)
  • Raw meal homogenisation and quality checkpoints

Day 2: Pyro-processing and Clinker Quality

  • Fuel preparation and combustion technology (coal, petcoke, alternative fuels)
  • Preheater and pre-calciner systems – operation and troubleshooting
  • Rotary kiln design, temperature zones, and clinkerisation chemistry
  • The four major clinker phases (C₃S, C₂S, C₃A, C₄AF) and free lime control
  • Clinker cooling, microscopy, and quality assessment parameters

  • Finish grinding technologies (ball mills, VRM, roller presses, high‑efficiency separators)

Further, the option to shift an existing registration to another training course on a later date is possible. Otherwise, a full refund will be initiated.
