Course Introduction

Since the learning process is internal and cannot be directly observed, therefore, to determine if learning is occurring, we must observe changes in human behavior. In the ever-changing operational environment, a lot of money is spent on training equipment; however the vast majority of training still needs an instructor to make it all happen. The success of our training does, therefore, rely very much on the quality of the instructors.

This interactive, applications-driven 5-day training course will highlight the learning process and how to manage the teaching process & communication effectively, it explores one of the three main defenses against accidents & incidents, and also it establishes the proactive culture in the aviation entities. The training course will emphasize applications of real cases in aviation organizations; will focus on how to create a clearer understanding of methodology on delivering training effectively starting from pre-course preparation till the trainee’s evaluation without ignoring the performance evaluation of the training on the aviation environment.

A survey of almost 50 instructional methods will be demonstrated and almost utilized for the benefits of teaching process.

Our training courses will run for 5 hours per day. The standard daily timing is from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm including the coffee/tea breaks and lunch.
