Course Introduction

This interactive, applications-driven 5-day training course will highlight the strategic view on the airport components, planning and management. It explores some advanced topics (e.g. ACDM) influencing the Aviation environment where many airlines, ground handlers, air traffic management units exist. The training course will emphasize applications on real cases in airport planning management practice and will focus on creating a clearer understanding of how to plan and strategically manage an airport.

This training course highlights the ICAO regulation and economic consideration for the purpose of improvement continuity.

This COPEX training course will feature:

  • How to optimize the various operating and non-operating costs at airports & the various Aeronautical and Non-Aeronautical revenues at airports
  • Focusing on the complex relationships between airport management and the airlines that serve their airports

This training course will utilize a variety of proven adult learning techniques to ensure maximum understanding, comprehension and retention of the information presented. This involves regular discussion of applications as well as hands-on exposure to airport planning and strategic management using planning and strategic tools. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the circumstances presented. Generally, cancellations must be initiated in formal writing at least 14 days prior to the commencement date of the training course. Further, the option to shift an existing registration to another training course on a later date is possible. Otherwise, a full refund will be initiated.

Our training courses will run for 5 hours per day. The standard daily timing is from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm including the coffee/tea breaks and lunch.

The training course fee can be settled by either:

Published training course fees are inclusive of the training venue, training manual, writing materials, lunch and coffee breaks with refreshments over the entire duration of the training course.
