Because the airport is the center of air transport industry, this interactive, applications-driven 5-day training course will highlight the Airport Performance Evaluation using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) Approach. It explores the different types of KPIs (e.g. Safety, Security, and Service Quality, Financial, Commercial, and Operational Environmental, etc.), and introduce the benchmarking techniques with highlighting probably the most efficient benchmarking tool (DEA).

This training course focuses on how to create a clearer understanding of how to Evaluate Airport Performance using DEA Approach.
